I have a TES mod for CivV for those of you who play CivV and are discouraged that there isn't enough TES in it! Steam Workshop Link for G&K Version I am currently holding a vote over at the steam workshop page for new leaders for the BNW version of the mod (after the Brave New World expansion releases for Civilization V). Also there is a vote for a new civilization to replace Oblivion (which I never liked as a single civ anyway) of which is currently being dominated by the Ayleids replacing Oblivion with Umaril the Unfeathered as their leader! (I like that idea!) I know this isn't a mod for Skyrim, but it is a mod about Skyrim and The Elder Scrolls universe.

but, I mean, with all the mods available so far it's like little tweaks here and there (from what I've seen), is it even possible to add new weapons, clothing/armors to the game etc. ???

Just a mod request here, I'm wondering if anyone wants to make a pirate outfit, something resembling an 18th century Atlantic pirate outfit. Anyone interested?

Yeah, thinking about it a bit more, taking two copyrighted sounds and combining them probably doesn't make them any less copyrighted, I think it is too close to mess with.

I'm not sure which forum this should be in.....anyway I've seen people uploading wallpapers and such, but I'm unsure about ringtones/text tones . Im just wondering if that is okay to do one the nexus? The ones I have right now combine something like a line of dialouge and a clip of in-game music. I'm not even sure if it is legal to upload stuff like that for others to enjoy for personal use? So what do you think? Okay for the Nexus? Okay on legal issues? I'm sure plenty of people would want to skyrim-ize their phones...but is this the place to do it?

Something strange just popped up, as soon as I enter a vanilla follower's cell, they become hostile and start fighting all the NPCs. For example, as Jarl Balgruuf is informing me of my new housecarl, I hear a lot of commotion going on behind me, and as soon as I turn around, Lydia is already fighting everyone. Same goes for Belrand up in Solitude, as soon as I enter the Winking Skeever for the first time, Belrand starts going off on everybody. hmmm well it seems to involve Apachii hair and any mod that requires it :( :( I have gone through each one, and anytime I activate the Apachii esm, NPCRedesign esp, or BBLSapachii esp (all together or all individually) the game will crash as soon as I move the gender selector over to female on any human or elf race, argonians and khajiits remain unaffected..... This is not good............ :wallbash: However, one thing I did notice is that the Temptress race seems to keep the Apachii hairs even with Apachii.esm not selected (Temptress does not require Apachii according to NMM and Wyre Bash) and as another note, even when Temptressvixen.esp is de-selected the apachii mod and the ones that require it still crash the game as before, so I don't think Temptress has anything to do with it, its just weird that none of the other races retain the Apachii hair with the Apachii.esm deactivated. as long as ApachiiHair.esm, NPC Redesign.esp, and BBLSapachii.esp are DE-selected, I can choose the female gender with no problems EDIT: still on the hunt, I de-selected everything and ONLY selected ApachiiHair.esm and I could choose the female gender with it active..........some sort of conflict with another one of those 122 mods......oh joy EDIT 2: ApachiiHair.esm + Extended Slider Colors.esp = Crash on female gender selection EDIT 3: ApachiiHair.esm + Unique Region Names.esp + N_43 Hair Pack.esp = Crash on female gender selection (this one baffles me becasue the 3 have to be activated at the same time together for this to happen.....weird!) Final EDIT: putting ApachiiHair and the Hair Pack together seems to make character selection of females unstable as I found that it definitely crashed with Unique Region Names added in the mix, but it also crashed when all other mods were selected (couldn't figure out the combo problem with that), but it seems that having those two together and a third of some sort (URN 100% of time) it makes it unstable. Also, after taking off only the Hair Pack and Extended Slider Colors, it was still a little unstable, I could choose female, but after a few slider changes here and there, the game would crash when I went to the menu 100% of time. So be careful with (1) Apachii and Extended Slider Colors (100% crash on female selection), (2) Apachii, URN, and the Hair Pack (100% crash on female selection) and (3) Apachii, the Hair Pack, and some other mods (didn't find exact, but there was definitley still a conflict somewhere) (this one was a little buggy, as I could choose female, but sorting through other races with female selected eventually leaded to crash), and (4) Apachii with a S*** ton of other mods (because it did make the game unstable by crashing when trying to access the menu) Lots of conflicts there, but after all that I found that simply de-selecting much of the unimportant mods just for the character selection portion is going to work. After character is selected I can re-enable all of them and play normally.....

"Nordic hunter light armor" is what comes to mind first, I love that armor! Also to enhance it, "Cloaks of Skyrim", "Winter is Coming", and "Bandoliers..."

I 100% support and suggest Frankdema's "Nordic hunter light armor" mod! Great work on that Frank! Also, I do run Real Wildlife and would have to agree that it makes it "too easy" with the sheer number of animals, but I also like it because it brings the world to life, so it's give and take on that one, plus it adds more things to what an animal drops.... Like bones, lung, heart, eyes, etc so you can use in smithing and alchemy

This probably isn't enough info to go on, but does anyone know why or has anyone experienced this... When I go to the character selection screen at the beginning of the game, if I try to select a female Nord my game crashes. I have 122 plugins currently so I'm not all to thrilled about going through and seeing which one it is, so I was wanting to know if anyone has experienced this and which mod may have caused it.......or even suggestions on what type of mod might cause this... Would be a helpful start to my "investigation" to narrow it down Other female selections seem to work fine, as far as I know it's limited to the Nord race. I realize for people to help my specific case a full list of my mods would be needed, but if someone has already had this problem, maybe we can bypass that (I'm writing this from my phone). If noone has had this problem, I'll bite the bullet and go through each mod individually and post the results here for future reference to others that may run across a problem like this.... So basically just a quick - has anyone had this problem and figured out what was causing it.... or does anyone know what type of mod(s) would create a problem such as this... Much appreciated EDIT: Actually its only the beast races that remain unaffected, all the other races crash instantly when female is selected...
