Hi im having some problem loading Skyrim mods. When I click the Data files in the launcher a window pops up but nothing shows up in it! No mods, not even the original skyrim.esm and update.esm. I have tried almost everything, I have looked in all the .ini files to see if there is a path setting or something. I have tried to move the Skyrim folder around to different locations. First I tried to move it to the desktop, this didn't work, and I couldn't even start Skyrim because the launcher would just restart when I clicked play. I tried to move it to program files, same thing. The only way I could start Skyrim through the launcher was if I had it in C:\Skyrim... This probably has something to do with my computer privileges so maybe the mods loading problem has too. I am an administrator so it shouldn't be a problem, but I have tried to run the launcher as admin and I have tried unchecking the read-only box for the Data folder and even for the whole Skyrim folder. I have tried to turn off my firewall and my anti-virus program. I have windows 7 32-bit, and I have a retail physical box copy of Skyrim, so no steam. Any one have any ideas to how I can solve this? Thanks :)
