  1. So hey, I realize that this thread is about a month old and the latest reply is 10 days old now, but this still seems like the most useful thread for the topic. I've tried running Nexus Mod Manager with the "Fallout 3" setting, as well as Fallout Mod Manager, but both of them give me the same problem. I manage to set it to look at my /skyrim/ folder, then create an empty Fallout3.exe text file, but that's as far as I can get. The major problem is on step 4 of your brief guide. NMM and FOMM don't actually give me the file and path that they're looking for. All I get is "You have no Fallout 3 INI file. Please run Fallout 3 to initialize the file before isntalling any mods or turning on Archive Invalidation". I've tried to create a dummy Fallout 3.ini file with several names in my /skyrim/ folder, but nothing has worked. Help! How do I know which dummy files to create if it doesn't tell me what it's looking for?
