Dont know if I gotta bump this... but bump.

Just wondering if anyone can help me with getting 4k downscaling working. I've tried running it windowed, and it opens but it's huge and not downscaled at all. And if I run it windowed and borderless it's the same thing. But if I run it in "fullscreen", with both options off it crashes and says "Creation Error". No clue what that means. I have DSR on in nvidia settings, its showing all the custom resolutions so I know it's on. I've got all the .exes running as admin and in compatibility mode for XP Sp3. I had it working on a previous installation a year ago. But I remodded it and it's not working now. Any suggestions would be great.
