Hello ! I have a very simple request. It is not modding, but it requires someone who might understand a bit more the architecture of this game. I would like to get one texture in particular : as far as I know, it is the only portrait painting of this game that has yet to be uploaded on the internet (this one : https://zupimages.net/up/20/15/oih4.bmp). I just love that piece of art, and having the full texture would be great. This texture is likely located in datapchighres.spk\background\buildings\textures. However, I have very little knowledge of modding for this game, and can't seem to handle the .stxu files properly. From what I read, inserting the file into the game seem a little trickier than simply getting them. Considering this, I figured getting this texture would be an easy task for someone more experienced. Thank you for having read this !

I just re-checked her wikia page and apparently, she was indeed placed in a preexisting random statue. I still want to learn more about this Eleni Zinovia, though. Sadly she doesn't appear in the later games.

She's not a statue and she's not in a male form since golems are asexual. However, if you want to know why golems' default form is not feminine, i think there are 2 answers : Golems were used as warriors. Why would they be built with bosoms or any other specific trait ?Shale was the only woman volunteer to be a golem. Caridin wouldn't bother creating a specific body just for her.("Then again, the cursed woman turned to stone in the mage origin became a statue of a man as well." This isn't really comparable to golems, but i see your point. I've always wanted to know more about this statue.)

Most of the time, Nexus Mod Manager doesn't work with Dragon Age mods. You shouldn't use it.

Hey ! There are mods to upgrade the base face textures or add brand new ones, but the vanilla bald hair doesn't really match with those (e.g. the picture below). It could use some polish, but i am not able to do it.

@skyquest32 Both Shale and Sten are pleasant if you know how to deal with them. I think the political tensions and cultural differences prevent any dialogue with the qunari on this topic, as they live in community. It is rather ironic, knowing that the Grey Wardens are supposed to extol union, but i can't see any other logical reason. As for Tal-Vashoth Grey Wardens... well, maybe in a fourth Dragon Age.

Thank you for your reply. Yeah but that causes dialog bugs, in greetings and interactions right? Just wanted them to look elf blooded, like mods do for leea and Mori, and other npcs if you ues them, more like a half elf ''see viable elf blooded mod''. I would use adopted but there is no fix so they treat you as a noble which is the origin your playing as my rouge will play that origin. Dont want to change the story and not have option even if refuse, to marry queen, defeat enemy. Is unthinkable that the Tyren might not have bedded a pretty elf servant at some point? Alister is a bastard too. Alistair is a bastard, indeed, but he do not look like one, as every half-elf character in Dragon Age (http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Half-elf) Adopted may cause some inconsistencies, but i don't think it is too immersion-breaking. It's your choice. You should know that Bryce Cousland - your father - is still married to Eleanor Cousland, who is human. I don't want to spoil you anything but the game clearly shows that these two love each other. In terms of coherency, i don't think Bryce cheating on his wife would make sense ; not to mention the fact that Aedan/Elissa Cousland (your character), the second child, wouldn't be accepted.

I don't think a visibly elf-blooded noble would be acknowledged as a legitimate child, for obvious reasons. That being said, if you want your human to be elf-like, you can use the mod "Adopted" (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/201), create an elf and choose the Human Noble origin. However, your character will be shorter than humans, as an elf.
