If you really want to know what your fps is and don't mind downloading another program try downloading Fraps, it's a video capture program but having it open will show your fps in the corner of your screen.

So after a lot of headache I finally got it so data files is no longer greyed out, however now that it's not greyed out when I open it the only thing I can check is Skyrim.esm and there is no check box for my InstantVendorRestocking mod, can anyone help? EDIT: nvm was placing the mods in the wrong folder, sry
