So I've edited the main .exe with the changes I'd like and now I've run the program - what file would I add to Nexus so that others can use it?

Hey guys, First of all a great thanks to the many authors of some great posts here, especially the explanations of what modifications to the RCData do. My question is, I've made a few changes to my .exe, but how do I make these into a mod others can use? Just a pointer in the right direction would be great. Thanks again.
