Backpacks? There's tons of this kind o' mod for the Fallout series.

You buy the "best" house in the game with 25k, and 36k with all the upgrades. For a house. 50k for a castle? It should be somewhere between 100k~200k with no upgrades. But obviously, that should be the standard, because if someone releases this mod, there will be "unofficial" mods that alter these kind of things.

For the chest is belonging to a merchant! He can be a Dark Elf, but still it doesn't give me the right.

I took only some basic things like Soul Gems, and didn't take the money. I'm RPing as a good ol' Nord Warrior!

As far as I know, merchant chest does not get Stolen flag. (But merchandise on the counter/NPC own inventory does)

Is it possible without the CK to edit stats of apparel and weapons? If yes, how?
