I'd like to request a mod if you guys want to make it that we should be able to become a jarl of a city or even a new built/found city so instead of 9 towns make it 10 plus we should be able to go to war and make our own kingdoms it would be really cool if someone could make a mod like that if i new how to make a mod like that i would have make it by now :/

I've finished most of the quests in the game and gotten thane in nearly all the towns but I want to be Jarl is it possible to make a quest that will grant that? or if someone could make a mod that grants you jarl of your own city like make a new city and let us be jarl of that or something?
