Hello there, Recently I decided to start played Skyrim and although I enjoy it very much I have this technical issue I can't seem to fix. Let me first off state that this is not hardware related. I have an i7-6700k and a 980Ti. I have played other games where I didn't encounter this issue that leads me to believe that it is indeed related to skyrim. I tested it on the highest and lowest settings and the issue is still there. As stated in the title I keep getting stutters ingame even though the keep hits a solid 60fps. I use nvidia geforce experience to read out the fps for those who are interested. I tried many things to solve the issue. I tried messing around in the ini files but to no avail. I also tried installing the unofficial patch mod but that didn't fix it unfortunately. I also forced v-sync and triple buffering but the issue still exists. Currently I am not using any mods other than the legendary patch mod and the high-res one. I was wondering if anyone ever encountered this issue or knows how to fix this. Thank you in advance.
