  1. I checked the changelog and actually found it was a bug fixed in xOBSE 22.4, so I've been experiencing a bug the entire time. It's a nice bug though, as far as I can tell, because it seems to be only visual and changes cell transitions from a sort of slow blink to a fast blink. I posted it to the OBSE mod page and got a reply. I'll just run older versions of it until I either hit a wall or, hopefully, the parameter that governs that behavior is made optional. Hopefully, this'll be good info for anyone else. Apparently, Skyrim has some config parameters in the ini that define this behavior, but Oblivion seems to be devoid of them.
  2. I finally figured out my issue. Apparently, the fading in and out when using doors is normal? But I've been running an old version of OBSE the entire time for possible compatibility reasons (Maskar's Overhaul). I updated it to xOBSE for troubleshooting and wasn't near any doors at the time. Reverting back to OBSE 0021-37952-0021 I can once again transition between cells without any fade time. I still don't know what about OBSE causes this.
  3. I'm having a weird issue all of a sudden that I didn't used to have. Previously, when I used a door, it would load the cell, then just plop me in instantly, and if I transitioned between interior cells, it was instant, like a jump-cut. Now, and I don't know what changed, when I try to transition to another screen, it fades in and out each time. Does anyone know what controls this function and how I can change it?
