I am new to modding Oblivion, but not new to modding Bethesda games in general. I am aware that the most common cause of this is due to a missing master file. And despite not wanting to download and use 6 different programs (LOOT, BOSS, Wrye, obmm, ect.) in order to play one game, I have, and believe I have used them correctly. I have sorted with LOOT and BOSS at different times, and rebuilt the Bash Patch each time, and my current load order is sorted with BOSS. LOOT, BOSS, Wrye and obmm are all saying nothing is missing. The game was working fine until I tried installing Better Open Cities, Open Cities Reborn, Unique Landscapes compilation, Midas Magic, and the relevant patches. I have been at this for over a week now. Any help would be appreciated. I'll even post my load order for good measure. Active Mod Files:
