I'm sure you figured this out by now, but I just had this happen again and all you have to do is restart Steam.

I think I had this problem before. You could try going to the properties of the f4se loader, under the compatibility tab, check the "Run this program as an administrator" box. ..In my experience, when I double-click the f4se loader, Steam starts, the launcher comes up and I hit exit. Then the next time I double-click the f4se loader, the game launches. ..kind'a weird, but it works. :confused:

My in-game time is frozen after I exit the workshop menu. Could it be F4SE? It started happening around the time of the 0.3.0 update. I disabled all of my mods and it was still happening. Then I started the game without the f4se loader and it was fine. Then it was still okay with my mods enabled, but as soon as I started the game with the f4se loader, the problem is back. I don't know how else to troubleshoot this.
