Im having the same issue, whats the mod launcher?

I activated a few, i dont get a checklist in the launch menu either

None of my Mods showed

I just grabbed Nexus tonight, installed several mods with it, everything showed as fine in the launcher but when i play the game none of them are active. It all showed as installed. First time i used nexus for a mod so i wasnt sure if i am to still load files manually or if its just messing up.
