I've seen this issue a lot of times now, as I've been searching around for a similar issue myself (my own problem is that the hair isn't connected with the head, in modded and vanilla Skyrim, no matter what I do, this won't get fixed). So far the people that have asked your question have not received a solution..

Hey everyone, First of all, I wanted to say that you guys rock. This has been the most warm community to drop into. The people here are friendly, helpful and inventive, there's so much positive reinforcement. I'm relatively new to modding (apparently February) and have already learned so much from the extensive forum, mod pages, veterans, etc. I myself run an average to high setup (with two screens, I couldn't resist) and I'm just getting started with uploading my screenies from Skyrim. I love seeing artworks and screenshots from everyone here. So if anyone wants to show me their work I'll endorse the crap out of them. Cheerio
