I'm still getting a grasp on the tools and such, but I'm thinking not exactly. The mods alter data that isn't present in Skyrim, I guess if it was something like a weapon the references used could be updated or ported in somehow. But like I said, not sure. Someone with more knowledge on the subject could answer it best. The files may have the same extension but their actual formatting may be different.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same error when I load up Skyrim.esm. Happens around the 52% mark when loading. Here's a screencap of the message. http://i.imgur.com/iTEFc.jpg When I click yes it keeps going through errors one by one for a bit, the way to get into the CK is by hitting yes to all.
