No I used tes5edit to clean them.

So yeah when ever I approach a major city, my game ctd. I have a lot of mods but when disabling a few didnt help, i decided to disable all of them, create a new save and still when I approach Whiterun, Solitude etc. my game crashes. I also tried to clean my masterfiles but that did nothing. So do I have to reinstall skyrim and the mods or...?
