I've been away from Fallout for years now and I am just starting it again. I had Prject Beauty installed last time I played, in 2010, but I was wondering if anything new had been released that affects the looks of the NPCs in the world, the raiders, wastelanders and the like. I saw DC delight, but I couldnt tell if that changed all NPCs in the game or was just for teh player characters looks. Anybody know of anything good?
