when I get to the screen it freezes up. I can level up as many times as I want, which is wrong. I cannot get perks or get out of the screen unless I turn the computer off. any ideas as to what is going on. I was at level 33 when my games got corrupted so I did a fresh install and deleted the games, now I am level one in a new game and have this problem zoot

Followers and Lydia will say lead on and then just sit there and not follow, any ideas about why this is happening? At one time everything was fine, then boom things changed zoot
