Unable to run game with Frosty...

I deleted the bcrypt.dll, ModData folder. Waited for 5 minutes and the game doesn't load up after the Mod Manager finishes applying the mods. On my Task Manager, MEA.exe's memory size does not increase or being responsive at all. I have Reshade together with my MEA. Does it have conflicts with the game?
