Tytanis mod is working on letting you own a castle, but i'm not sure if it has those features.

How about, every time you die, you have to do a random series of quests from a paper/book you find in front of you when you enter sovngarde, which would say: "Little Dovah, this is not your time. You are still needed. Even so, you must fight your way out, and it will not be easy. To escape to the land of the living, you must: (List of quests)" That would be awesome. If this was made, I would jump off a cliff right when I install it.
