I did not kill him. Any bad thing he did in the past is redeemed by helping the Dragonborn save the world.

First I listened to Madanach and followed him out of Jail until I realized what I did and kill him and his entire little army before they could kill anyone. I then reloaded and went straight to killing him and escaped on my own. This was without looking it up on the Wiki, I was suprised when me killing him actually did something.

Does slowing down the timescale miss with NPCs animations, or scripting at all?

Wait, so there is no quest related to him? Does he have any purpose at all?

I've noticed this too, the respawn rate for dragons at dragon altars seems to be increased, or maybe i'm just unlucky, its random in theory.

Killing the entire Whiterun garrison of guards and being able to a fine and be forgiven like nothing happened

Even after the end boss, a few friendly dragons fly around throat of the world

Cool idea, I imagine the first hours will be horrible until you get more powerful, certainly worth a try though. Dragons will be a major pain without more health though.

Usually that would be the case but not wanting to do the main quest and installing an alt start mod are two different things.

I use the Tytanis mod which adds Dragon weapons which are slightly more powerful than Daedric weapons but not enough to be overpowered. Regarding Vanilla, an enchanted upgraded Ebony sword is less evil and only slightly less powerful than a Daedric sword

The third-person finishers are decent, though glitch with dragons, the first person moves are the best imo. I like that it happens often, but still rare enough not to get boring. I have noticed that stealth finishers don't work with Falmor at all, which is slightly annoying. Has anyone seen a finisher move with a Falmor?

I use swords, damage wise its the same or near axes and DPS is the best in the game. For armored guys like city guards I use power attacks and block bashes and it usually works really well

The hit system would have to be reworked to know difference between different body parts in terms of damage, does seem possible but who knows without the CE
