Does anyone know if theres a way to make a specific item sell always at a static price to vendors?

 

I am trying to make a currency mod and I want just the currency to always trade at 1:1 since a 20% conversion both ways seems wayyyy too steep for using them for barter.

 

Anyone know how I could set specific set of items to 1:1 while leaving the rest of the game how it is?

[Need help with pixelated custom paintings/posters/etc]

So i have custom overrides for the paintings/posters/etc but the problem is that the meshes are pixelated until i stand near them for a bit and they will fully load in.

 

This didn't happen my last play through so I was wondering if this could be because of a setting I changed?

 

Does anyone know why just the art is low res until you stand there for a bit?
