  1. I like where your going with this. It'd be nice if i could hire mailmen. Think of the mail system New Vegas had! That would be just as effective in some cases. Maybe even a mail order system like some of the weapon-mod mods had in New Vegas. But still I think having a post office would be super splendid!

  4. Ok, So I don't know about anyone else, but the fact that when you set up caravans you only transfer junk items is annoying. Especially in a no Fast-Travel play through, IE: Survival, you may have to leave items behind that you really want, Say, Mods that make your weapon too heavy at the time, Or weapons you find, like the .44, that at first have no usable ammo, but latter get tons of it. If anyone knows a mod that deals with this issue please enlighten me. Otherwise, What i'd like to see is one of two or three things. Options: 1: Making all settlement storage entirely unified into one giant pool once assigned to have some one running a caravan. 2:Having unique chests that transfer along with all items. Say, making a chest you can build at any settlement that acts as a universal chest. A weapons locker for weapons, a wardrobe or armoire for clothing, Etc. Once built it simply syncs the loot, or acts like its the exact same entity as the one you first built. 3:Similar to #2, but have a sorting system. Believe you me, i know sorting systems are coming, they just take time and effort to make and now that the creation kit is here they are already in the works some where or may already be out for all I know. but having a craftable sorting station that sorts items into pools, accessible by building respective containers, would be amazing!
  5. Before anyone says it, yes im aware the junkjet is capable of launching things like this already. But that is beside the point. So, its a silly request, but one I think would be both fairly fun and simi-simple to do. Take the missile Launcher, And add a magazine that changes the weapon's ammo to fire nuka' cola, And/or tatos. Making the tatos deal almost no damage but explode in a nice red mist on impact would be hilarious. Just like i think having the Nuka' Cola in the barrel of the launcher backwards and poping the cap off to launch it coke and mentos style at enemies would be great. Maybe even make it require Nuka cola And Mentats to craft the "Cola Missile". And maybe Alcohol(as a fuel source)+Tatos for the tato cannon version's ammo. I don't have many missiles but I do have a hoard of tatos and nuka' cola, But i love the missile launcher. A desire to fire things from a shoulder mounter launcher and a surplus of other useless objects demands i must find a way to aquire a launcher capable of launching said useless objects. Is this idea stupid? You bet! Is it something i think should be taken serious? Not hardly. Is it something some one like myself may enjoy? Darn skippy!
  6. Survival is here! Well, at least in beta, but close enough! However; I now find myself wanting a few things I know are doable in reality, and are often a must have set of tools for any prepper or survivalist. A simple bugout/survivalist kit. What exactly would I like to see? 1: A bed roll. Simple as simple. A small bedroll you can throw down when not detected by enemies, And can sleep in for even a few hours. I'd like to see it have some limitations, such as not giving you well rested bonus, IE 5 hours of sleep or less like dirty mattresses. But that is nit picking. It'd be cool if you could see it on your back, 2: Canteen. Reusable, refillable, Say 3-5 uses before it's out then its refillable and has a reasonable weight. 3: Scrapper Kit. When used it activates a work station like interface that allows you to scrap items. 4: Weapon Mod Kit & Intuitive weapon 'scrapping'. A kit that lets you alter weapons in the field. Dose not allow crafting of new mods but only installation of currently held ones. (IE: A way to put on or take off a silencer, scope, bayonet, without needing to go home.) As well as 'Scrapped' weapons return only the mods used to make them instead of base components. Mods being scrapped give you a portion of their construction required components. Yes, I know the limitations without the GECK are pretty rough, but no matter when it comes out, by whom, or in what ever parts it may come out i'd be all over all of these things like green on a super mutant! I could see a REALLY dedicated mod author making this thing and even doing it in stages. Say, Craft the level 1 Survival kit, make it just a bed roll. Level 2 would be the bed roll and include a canteen that refilled itself (IE: When drank it gives you back a container like nuka-cola bottles do), and weighed nothing as long as you had the kit equipped. Level 3 could be an advanced pack to help with carry weight woes, had the canteen and bed roll as well. So on so forth. It'd be a GREAT thing to do, And you could even make it rather expensive but not unreasonable, or even invest in it having it's own side quest. Say, Finding said canteen in a basement at Sanctuary or so. Really the possibilities are pretty good! You could even make a butcher kit that when looting dead animals you gain more meats, and possibly a small campfire kit, or stove kit that uses a fusion cell and a hot plate to cook food!
