I posted the wrong video, my bad. According to the tutorial, it works for the steam version of both GOTY edition and the regular fallout 3. He also did not say that I needed any DLC's. That's why I'm puzzled. Thank you anyways

Hello! I am new to this comunity and new to the whole modding world. Ever since I downloaded Windows 10 my Fallout 3 crashed. So I decided to follow a tutorial involving fose and some other tools to simultaneously fix crashes and improve my game. However, after following all the steps up to minute 11, Mod Organizers shows me this... A little help would be nice.
