I Want to make a mod with new skills added on. I can not figure out where the skill tree is at so i can add things 1.Vampire tree only activated if you have the ability 2. Athletics tree A few more

I was just thinking about archery and was thinking it would be cool if you could attach a scope to a bow so you could snipe with a bow

I think this is good idea... I mean i don't see why parents get so worried about it. It is just make believe. I am a Dad my self and well I wont shelter him like that,,, But for those parents that do this would help so some one do it :)
