Dear modmakers, I’m going to be a High king of Skyrim, and I would like to get prepared for it. I collect mods that somehow improve life in Skyrim, and there’s nothing about beggars. It would be great just to make them stop begging. I will change their clothes, they will not ask for money – well, supposed they received king’s help. Of course it would be great to make it more realistic: - give beggars a home. Some type of an inn where they can live and eat for free. The more money Dovahkiin spends on this charity inn, the better food/clothes/etc. beggars get. Once a beggar is noticed at the street, Dovahkiin says: “Let me take you to [name of bagger’s inn]”. The beggar says something like “A home is the only dream of an old man/woman”. They go to that place together and Dovahkiin pays the inn owner some money for a new resident. A beggar’s inn should definitely have some doctor to cure diseases, someone to cook and someone to run the inn. This would be perfect for old beggars. - give simple jobs for younger beggars who are able to work. They can keep streets/taverns/shops tidy and sweep the floor. They can help at the forge, at the horse stables and at the farm. Once a beggar is noticed at the street, Dovahkiin says: “Let me take you to [name of bagger’s inn]”. The young beggars answer is something like: “I’m still good for work, just find some place for me to be employed”. Now Dovahkiin’s task is to give a beggar some clean clothes and find someone who will agree to employ the beggar. Once this beggar is employed, he can live at bagger’s inn. Thank you for paying attention!
