Are you sure that link is right? That's the same incomplete one that OP originally used. If you want a heavily-modded setup that works well, then you need to put in the work and test things along the way. Mod Organizer 2 gives you lots of tools for testing and troubleshooting. I get that you were just getting your feet wet, but now you know what bad things can happen. I suggest either installing Alternate Start - Live Another Life right away, or skipping the intro by opening the console (~) and typing "coc riverwood" from the main menu. Otherwise, you'll be going through the intro dozens of times. I suppose you could also save just after the intro and start from there. lol, You are right. I think, he just messed up with conflicting mods.

Its not the matter, how do you start, Just learn the different between Texture Mods and Mesh Mods, so you won't make mistakes for picking up the wrong Mod for you. When you're following the guide, its not necessary to follow them "exactly" you don't have to install the all Mods. from your post, I think you messed up with conflicting mods. you have to start with few Mods. and than add the mods you like at Nexus. MO2 already have loot plugin so no need to install separately I suggest, to remove all the mods, and try again with Few mods.

Must be some mod update conflict!

Thanks for reply, Im also confused, why its not working. I tried by Reinstalling Skyrim SE and then Bjijin just to make sure nothing would interfere. Already tried multiple combination like, loaded with SKSE and without SKSE tried body mods and skeleton as well as without. I just don't understand why only this mod not loading, others like CBBE works fine. Posted on the author forum too (Bijin NPC), but I guess he left Nexus with this message "I'm retired from modding now so Personal messenger is disabled."

Hello, Thanks for suggestions, I tried on clean Save (no mods at all) I just try Bijin without any other mods to check, specifically Bijin NPC since it has Rikke which we encounter 1st in the opening scene, with Clean save, she never change. after that I install other mods to check, they're working. I checked other mods are not interfering with bijin, Freshfaces are overwritten by Bijin, but no matter, I already tried without any Mods but no luck :( I also tried bijin with NMM and manually install too but no gain. is it something to do with Skyrim new version? 1.5.39.0.8

Hi I tried on freshly installed Skyrim SE 1.5.39.0.8, and follow your instructions too, but all I can see its just loading the non loose files of mods. since bijin use loose files, it does not load up in the game.

Same thing happened with me, But i tried on the Fresh installation of Skyrim SE with new game and just one mod Bijin NPC (it has loose files) and it didn't work.
