I SOLVED IT!! the problem was RaceCompatibility you needed the files from "RaceCompatibility for Dawnguard" it is an older version http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24168/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D24168&pUp=1 the newer versions f*** it up somehow i figured this out by thoroughly reading the guide and finding all the required files

am still working on it, this yarc_initquestscript.psc seems to be causing the problem, it comes from racecompatibility.bsa
