Never mind i got past it. I had to got to the fort so the stormcloaks would spawn, then talk to rikke, uncheck the map marker and they all appeared. I don't know why that worked but it did. :hurr:

So i joined the Imperials and started the civil war quest. Well now i'm trying to take fort dunstad and the Imperials don't show up or the stormcloaks don't show up and sometimes both aren't there. So now im stuck and can progress through the mission and iv'e tried the completequest command line and it still doesn't fix it. I would really like some help with this. :wallbash:
