It was Achievement enabler. Removed it and the game launched from Vortex.

When I click the play button a little dial just spins right where the play button is forever and nothing happens.

Crap. This looks like what I was looking for but alas, as you say, can't really do much with those. I guess there is a blank texture hidden somewhere that the symbols are put on. I know there are random pictures that can show up on the back of the cards. For now that's all I can do I guess. Thanks for looking into this.

I can't believe how hard it is to find the texture for the Deck of Cards. More importantly the individual cards. I would like to modify the textures but after extracting every texture file I can find, I can't seem to locate the textures for these items. If someone could either make the re-texture for these or point me to the file paths,I would be grateful.
