Dragon Age, Mass Effect, The Sims series, DMC series and GTA VICE CITY.

Hi folks, i have a request, could somebody please make a dlc mod in wich Kaidan has BLUE eyes? (Yes I´ve read that it is not that hard to change NPC´s eyes and hair), but for an non native speaker it´s difficult to understand exactly how! Also ME and ME2 Version? Sorry for that, but it is my biggest wish since I started playing ME back in 2009.
