Can you modders please make an Inventory Editor to get back lost items or those stupid Decorative Gems that NEVER show up? Cheat Engine is way too complicated and I can't understand it. An easy to use GUI Editor would be nice.

I'm a complete noob at this and I get really frustrated with complicated things that take hours to do. I want to add Decorative Gems to my inventory in DA:I but I don't have any on me and shops are not selling them. How can I do this? Can you please provide a step by step instruction, if it's not a bother.
