This is due to some kind of scripting conflict whiten the game or other mods. I don't know how to fix it, because its user specific (depends on which files are messed up/which mods don't agree), so just try uninstalling any mods you have that might be causing this (for me its usually mods that offer new locations to explore that conflict), and you should be fine. PS whenever you crash after a doing a specific action and you crash every time you repeat that action it means you have a scripting error, not just a random CTD.
