You aren't the only one who wants a hardcore mod. I found that as fun as the game was, going from New Vegas to Skyrim was kind of a jarringly easy transition, especially since they actually chose to make some aspects (like health and weapon degradation) streamlined. Even Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation added a little sentence in his Skyrim review end credit sequence about wanting one. It would definitely put a use to all the food, mead and potions in the game (which would make cooking and alchemy much more important to me), and it would mean beds that aren't totally useless for people that are currently stuck being werewolves for a while. Weird that there are various graphics and skin mods, but no one has made a hardcore mod after several weeks. It was easily my favorite mod for Fallout 3 (next to iron sights, extra damage, sprint and water bottling mods).
