There is no way the broken down Skyrim could even tickle the Thalmor. Bring the war to Summerset Isles, and Skyrim is wiped out. We talk about a bunch of people that is on the egde of taking over Tamriel. The Nords are primitive, the elves are not. Healing magic + light armor is tenfold better than a 2 handed and leather armor. If the Stormcloak wins, they are screwed. They need to rebuild, but that leaves Cyrodiil and Hammerfell to be invaded. They could attack, but that means they would be wiped out rather quick. Ulfric is an idiot, and don't see the bigger picture here. He doesn't have a military tactic, which the Thalmor does. Heck, the Thalmor WANTS the Stormcloak to win, after a hard war. That way they got 2 options open: A) Take out Cyrodiil or Hammerfell. Keep a line of defense to hold the other province's backup occupied, whilst taking over. Skyrim can't help, since they need to rebuild, and Ulfric couldn't be arsed to help non-Nords. B) Take out Skyrim. The Stormcloak just broke the Empire. They are almost powerless, and are not allowed to help. Unprepared Nords versus a war. Who will win? Really, the Thalmor got the plan planned out carefully, and Ulfric is playing right into it. There is a reason they didn't want Ulfric dead in the intro. He is a vital piece to taking over the last areas now. So If the Thalmor where to invade and annex the Empire (with a seperate Skyrim) hammerfell, the bretons and skyrim would be able to launch a mass invasion and the Argonians will want a slice aswell so either way if the Thalmor are smart the would not seek further advances on the continent and stick to they're little island.]]] Even the mighty can fall. It wouldn't take more than 20 men to take down Dovahkiin alone. And no, Ulfric would not let you take an army to help anybody. You are not in power, you are a mere puppet now. Ulfric is power hungry, and will not share. now I do agree that Ulfric is an idiot the first thing that has to be done is move the capital to whiterun and centralize because each jarl having so much power is horrible they should attempt an absolute monarchy with the Dragonborn as Emperor.

Exactly. There is a tutorial or two on how to add the meshes as a separate objects but then those objects don't function right because the hex data has not been identified fully yet or something. I wouldn't want to bring out a mod that replaces an existing weapon or armor completely. Wouldn't you want to replace the Imperial arms and armor so most of the legionares are uniform? Also maybe you could make the design on the shield the little skyrim logo.

Sounds cool I like large battlefields, im pretty sure the only way to put equpment is by replacing other pieces.

He already has a large enough project without having to worry about making a new landmass plus he probably wants to make it somewhat lore friendly and the story tied in with the dragonborn.

How is using the voice cheating that's like telling a nation with a huge army invading a smaller nation to only use the same amount of soldiers and the same quality of gear it be stupid to even consider it. If you 2000 troops fighting 20 why in the hell would you only use 20the when you could save time, money not to mention lives

Well I think the reason that they don't like the dark elves is because of immigration, when has a certain people ever liked imigration like you saaid we have the Irish but more recently hispanics in america a lot of americans don't like them because they are taking jobs and all that nonesense (although in America when they're allowed to take the jobs back they don't which has caused crop failure). And the reason they hate other elves is because of the great war. During ww2 the japanese were extremely persecuted here even more than the Germans because the Germans where white so at this time all elves are being looked down upon. And then the kahjit(?) and Argonians because they are different than the Human.

And then the Thalmor comes and take over Skyrim. Politics is fun, 'ey? Am I the only one who didn't join the Stormcloak just because of the start? I did some snooking, and found out the racisme before I joined 'em. At least the Empire got a chance to take down the Thalmor. How exactly would the thalmor invade skyrim without having they're supply lines in serrious danger. They might be able to sustain 1 army in skyrim and that's if the Nords don't use scorched earth policies. They also would have to be able to go up the coast under arrow fire and have to contend with the armies of the Jarl's which would be much more than what the elfs are bringing.. The smarest thing to do would be to make yourself high Jarl of skyrim let the Dominion invade Cyrodil and annex the remaining part of the empire. While the war is going on to ally with hammerfell, high rock, and try to get the black marsh into the fray (as well as centralize skyrim a bit because what they have going on is a mess with to much power to each jarl)then the thalmor will be spread to thinly aswell as wasting troops trying to police Cyrodil. Which is when you and your allies will invade the Dominion.
