I don't know if we can talk about off-site mods here, but why does high-poly head make my game CTD and how do I fix it?

I'm not really "modder savvy" and don't fully understand what to do from the tutorials, but I was wondering if I sent someone a racemenu preset, would they be able to make a standalone follower for me?

So there was this ENB, I can't remember this name of it, but it's the one used in the screenshot. I deleted it to download snapdragon ENB thinking that it was for gameplay, and I can't for the life of me remember what ENB I use to have, I've scrolled through every page in the ENB section at least 3x today, so vague clue for the ENB, I know, but if anyone has any idea, it'd be appreciated, thanks. http://imgur.com/a/FOgmq
