Not quite sure if anybody remembers this weapon from Quake 3 Arena!
I think this weapon would fit right in with Fallout 4.
Would this be a possible as a weapons mod ?

No, they should not add this kind of tedious micro-management to the game. Have fun travelling from settlement to settlement making sure everything has fuel or whatever in it.. marvel at the stupidity of your settlers as they let the power go out without lifting a finger to do anything about it. The more settlements you have, the worse it gets. Just no. Some people might want to use Survival without having excessive tedium involved.
Feel free to make a mod for this so most people can avoid it, but there is no way this should be part of the base game.
Now, you wanna do this right? Make it a reward mechanic, rather than a punishment mechanic. Instead of making it so you lose power, make it so that player who take good care of their generators get extra power which gives some sort of benefit. Now you're bringing people satisfaction by engaging in your mod's mechanics, and adding something gamey to the game, rather than just a method whereby people can be punished for not doing their chores.
There should have been a added option to weather or not you want to "micro-manage" settlements, each too there own play style.

Short simple anwser [ YES ] as it would add too the lore of the game and add more realism, players / gamers want a respecatble amount of realism right ? [ DISCUSS? ]

I would have too say my personal favorite settlement would have to be Spectacle Island for the shear size and freedom you have, its a shame there was no land bridge too get across there. But go figure thats why its called Spectacle Island.

Well i was running 220 / 250 mods and even on my system i started too run into problems the game is just not stable enough to run than many mods.

Having some strange issues recently reinstalled the computer OS and reinstall steam and fallout 4 & nexus mod manager, Downloaded some mods that i have used before with no problems,
But this time i have missing items in the workbench and also missing items in the buildings.
I have added the lines needed in both .ini files & mods install as normal.
Does anybody have any idea what could be the cause of this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You Inadvance.
Images of the missing items but not every item this is ONLY a example.
