[Help wanted: AI level scaling]

Hi,

 

I'm currently updating my BAT files for PISE, this is the link http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5736

 

I want to ask you people at which level do the spawned NPCs stop scaling?

 

I modified my character's level to 80 just to see if the spawned npcs scale with my level, turns out they do but now I have to figure out again how to rebalance the roster of each of my BAT factions for my mod.

 

So at what level do spawned NPCs stop scaling?
