Hi Ragicka, yes, a heavily modded skyrim can easily exceed 3,5GB. I also play at 1920x1200 and if i install all the available 4k textures i'm hitting the vram limit of my r9 290 (4GB) and get massive stuttering. If i step back a bit and disable a few ground textures, the vram load is around 3.6GB max. I think you should be fine with 3.5GB if you take the 2k textures instead of the 4k ones.
