This mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12465/? ) claims to re-enable achievements via a F4SE plugin but I can't confirm this either. If you don't have all the achievements and this mod doesn't work, (I hate to say this, but) you can use S.A.M to unlock achievements. It's a bit dumb that Bethesda would implement this, but there are ways around it.
