Play with Gamepad AND the Keyboard at the same time?

Anyone a idea how i can do so? I want this because i wish to play with the Xbox Gamepad and use VAC (Voice Activated Control) for better fight fluidity (weapon and spellswitching), but when i activate the Xbox Controller the Keyboard automaticly gets blocked (exception: Quicksave and load). Who can give me a solution for this problem? :wacko:
