When I try to launch OBMM to start up my mods and load new ones, it says that it couldn't find the game directory, and that the Skyrim.ini has been moved or replaced. Where is it, or how do I get it back?

I downloaded TESMM and tried to launch it, but it says it can't find my Skyrim.ini. Can someone help me, sorry I'm a noob at this.

Does anyone know why the textures are messing up on a could mof my mods? The mods are "Dragonskin Tactical Outfit" and "Kikai Equipment" and "Tactical Weapons by Frederyck".
