I installed firefox and have been using it to download mods that way since I made my last post. Not a huge deal but whatever.

Pardon my ignorance, but how different is F4SE to SKSE64? Can't they build off of F4SE instead of rewriting skse from scratch?

I disabled https everywhere in chrome, and restarted the browser, I still get the same issue. Also Chrome doesn't let me replace the https with http. So I guess anybody using chrome can't download any mods right now.
