So you will never take any damage. "Toggle God Mode" does something kinda like it, but comes with infinite items, carry weight and all of this other s#*!, that I am not too fond off, I just hate dying, I can deal with whatever else.

You're aware Fallout 4 is a exploration game correct? This mod basically completely removes that aspect of the game. You get xp from discovering locations, hence why you can not fly all over the map, you are suppose to explore your way around, and afterwards have the ability to move around at a quicker pace.
