How full proof is this? Cause I read the comments and some people are still encountering them.

So basically I'm wondering if there is anything out there or if it is of interest of anyone to make a mod where you can disable certain creatures and remove creatures from the game and replace them with other enemies in that area of the players choice. Reason for this, I hate some of the creatures they creep me out in a way where I have to pause the game, never has a game had that effect on me, in Fallout 4 they were actually getting stuck in the map and i stood over one and it busted out in front of me, I haven't played New Vegas since.
