If you want to use this with MGE XE and have Texture Problems in the Distance you can try and set the "View Distance Extra" Value to 0. This should deactivate the enhanced View Distance from FPS Optimizer and eliminates the Texture Bugs cause by this because MGE XE has his own View Distance settings.
I use this because the Mouse Speed in the Menus in Morrowind is to Fast for me and this Program is the only thing i know that can change this.
And if you want to use this with MCP (Morrowind Code Patch) you have to uncheck the "Better Haggling" Option in the MCP Interface Changes Menu or FPS Optimizer can not detect the game correctly. You can use a similar Feature called "Turbo Haggle" in the FPS Optimizer settings under the misc tab.
