After ages of looking for a specific hair mod that has the hairstyle I was looking for, I finally found one. . . but it's not for the right race (elf instead of human). I tried to contact the modder, but they don't seem to be active anymore (on here/tumblr/twitter), and when I tried to find a solution, I got nowhere. . . So, essentially, I'd like to know if there's a way to open a "daimod" in blender or something else where I can change the hair to be for human females as well (mind you that I know very little about modding thus far). . . And while I'm at it, a way to port that to make it work for Dragon Age 2 as well. I know someone already made a script that should help for that part but - as I said, I'm new to modding (the creation part, that is). It really is for personal use only.

Since I can't have a haircut right now due to the state of the world, and my Hawke is essentially a self-insert, I'd like to live through her. . . This above is or rather was my hair cut (parted in the same way as the red lines indicate). . . and I'd be really grateful if someone could replicate it;;

I started using my severely underused reddit account to share some questionnaires I created for the Dragon Age fandom - as I wanted to recreate my 2018 tumblr survey, but more in-depth (spoiler: it’s way more in-depth already). I am still not quite finished, but the first set of questionnaires is out there already: This one is all about The Last Court, the discontinued browser game (and source of my profile picture). It has the least responses thus far, and the fewest amount of questions. This one resolves around the DLCs in Dragon Age: Origins (including Awakening) and Dragon Age II. It also doesn’t have all that many responses yet, and I wish it did because seeing how split people are about the Architect’s fate is quite interesting. Next, a questionnaire about DLCs in Inquisition, including Trespasser. As you might be able to guess, there’s a pattern here, as this also doesn’t have that many responses (despite including Trespasser, which is incredibly important). Even my questionnaire about temporary companions has more responses than those above. And we’re talking about temporary companions here! Either way, this one revolves around your thoughts on your Origin Specific temporary companions. Unsurprisingly, the second most responses came with my questionnaire about your companions in Dragon Age: Origins. I still wish we could have a more in-depth look at those, however. Questions about the companions in Dragon Age II came in fewer again, however. Noticeably so, too, as the amount of responses is closer to the amount that responded to the temporary companions than the companions in Origins. I hope that by posting this here as well, I might be able to change that. Finally, the by-far best received questionnaire about your companions in Dragon Age Inquisition (and Advisors, of course). Somewhat surprisingly (to me), no one solely “romanced” Harding thus far - only the choices from the keep and “no one” made it on the list. . . Well, while I’m certainly quite happy with the amount of responses this had thus far, I hope we can still increase it. Long story short: I plan on creating even more questionnaires to get a more in-depth look at player choices and player opinions. Once I’m somewhat happy with the amount of responses I’ve received, I’ll upload them so others can see them as well. I also want to gain a general feel for how many people went back to previous games or buy the extended material, so this will be included as well, among other things. Comments will furthermore influence me and lead me to create more questions (the next batch will be almost solely based on decisions in the Dragon Age Keep).

The dazip folder is just where I gather all dazip files before installing them... seeing how they don't really affect the game until they're installed anyways, I figured it couldn't hurt. So... I have good news and bad news. The good news is: It was Improved Atmosphere after all! (Granted, a second mod temporarily affected things as well, but that's because I accidentally moved something) I had to remove two .utc files to make it work, and luckily it finally did! I temporarily had to deal with this gem here, though: From naked to the invisible man. Together with Jowan, he makes one actual person (don't worry, as I said, Jowan's been fixed). . . . the real issue now, however, is following: One of my complexions (or maybe two?) broke... even though I didn't even touch those. So I guess I gotta start searching again. Sigh. Thanks for your help, by the way. The IA was just the Fixpack. I've since moved that to the actual Improved Atmosphere folder section. Ferelden Elves is in toolsetexport. (I wanted to update before I had to leave so... apologies if something doesn't make sense/that I'm not writing more)

I just tried that after reading your response, totally missed that comment, but it didn't seem to change anything... And yeah, I know - I always started a new safe to test if my Warden or Tamlen would be wearing clothes again. Sadly, they did not so far. I do have those mod-specific folders for the most part, actually! I even have folders to place said folders into to ensure I know where I put my things. The issue is just that at some point I stopped checking if everything was still in order and just kept putting more into the folders... and then the hunt began... yeah.

I was trying to create an ultimate mod folder for Dragon Age Origins so I'd never have to redownload all the mods I'm using again... After solving the mysterious missing Jowan head (creepy), I soon encountered a new problem though: All Dalish Elves are now naked. Or, well, my Warden and Tamlen are. I haven't really tested beyond that so far. Now I removed a lot of mods and put them back in to see if it would change anything... but I'm slowly getting exhausted... Because the issue is: I installed most mods manually unless they were dazip mods, in which case I used the daupdater. Which essentially means I can't simply check every single mod now and they're kind of... mixed together. I don't really want to start from scratch, as modding to this point already took a long time (there's just too many mods that make it a better experience nowadays after years of, well, passed time.) So what I'm essentially asking is: Any idea what could cause this? Is there any type of file I should be on the lookout for or anything that would affect this? I do have Ferelden Elves installed as well as Grey Wardens of Ferelden and Improved Atmosphere, but also their fix... although removing any of those didn't seem to matter. It also affects only the Dalish Warden (and Tamlen and thus potentially all Dalish), meaning City Elves are free.

Seeing how she is Alistair's mother and can be read as non-white in the Calling (meaning I am technically fine with her being white! But it doesn't make sense for Alistair) I wanted to have a darker skinned Fiona... would anyone be willing to mod that?

I'm gonna elaborate a bit on this now that you've seconded it. I think for elves in general, with all that we've learned about them possessing the gift before Solas messing things up, it would make a lot of sense for them to gain magical abilities after entering the fade. For my Warden it would be at a later stage, meaning Awakening or Witch Hunt, where she would unlock her potential and learn some magical spells... from the Keeper tree, most likely. Meanwhile, for a mage that has become an Arcane Warrior, it would make sense to gain more Warrior talents... or even rogue talents. Because they've learnt how to use sword and magic, so why not develop on that even further? I think especially the Spirit Warrior talents would work for them (or Bard if you want to be rouge-ish). But depending on how hard modding this would be, some, but not necessarily all, base talents would prove interesting.

Is it possible to add a cat on the balcony or room of the Inquisitor?

I was wondering if anyone could make multiclassing available for the Warden? Preferably only the warden, but I'm not too picky. I'm playing a rogue, but I'd like to get the arcane warrior or keeper specialisation as well; mainly because I'm a dalish elf and believe that after entering the fade more than once, my elf would "unlock her magical potential"

I always found it kinda sad that the only thing you get out of a Solasmance is a) Heartbreak b) the knowledge that your cool tats were marks of a slave c) the possibility to remove the vallaslin - or leave it there, worrying that he judges you Which is why I'd like to ask if it's possible to add the wolf's jawbone on Solas' neck to the Inquisitor; like, as a necklace on top of their Skyhold outfit. Preferably Trespasser compatible, but I'm already happy to get anything;; (Also, as I'm not sure if it'd change anything; I'm using the custom elf female body - curvy style - for my Lavellan)

Heya! I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a hair/head morph for Solas that doesn't/barely changes his skin tone? Don't get me wrong, I would prefer a Solas of colour, seeing how my Lavellan is of colour as well and I generally want representation... But since the next game will have him be white once more anyway, what I actually want is hair / a hat/mask similar to the one in his concept art. But since he's white, no dreads please? Would anyone be willing to do that? ( http://amandarotten.tumblr.com/post/170817103341/i-just-finished-trespasser-and-holy-solas-it-was and official concept art)

EDIT: NO LONGER NECESSARY, THANKS TO xzfelix Now that Inquisition finally made a character in one of its dlcs that has shown that there are mages that prefer to wield a sword, I finally want to give in to my headcanon that my elves are mages but merely prefer their daggers... for the most part. This could work for literally any class combination, but seeing how I'm a selfish little rogue lover who always picks assassin... I'd like a mod that either replaces the archery tree or the sabotage tree of the Inquisitor, if possible, as I barely use those. I tried out another mod ("Skill Tree Migrations") but it mixed too many skills together, in my opinion... all I want is a simple dual-class that leaves other characters and other skills in peace. Would anyone be able to make something like this? I mean it should be possible, considering the other mods I tried... :y Please?
