Why is no1 helping? Isn't this the technical support forum? IF not where is the real tech support? I dont know why I even both since no1 is going to reply to this. Thats $60 down the drain. Maybe I can get my credit card to revert the charge.

How is it possible to release a game in such a state? This game needed month but it seems it just had to come out this year, so the pockets can be filled with the money from the christmas sales.
Skyrim could be unbelievable great but it's far from it, since it was released to early.
Every minute a crash to desktop is inexcusable.
Yep but since 11/11/2011 i think they wanted it out then for the money and people dieing for the game to come out. guess thats what we get for having it happen. should be a learning experience. Could have been a lot better if they waited till at least begging of 2012/CS would be done too.

Magic resist does reduce elemental damage, but separately from the resists.
( Damage | Absorbed ) = 0 * damage
( Damage | ¬Absorbed ) = (( 1 - magic resist ) * ( 1 - elemental resist )) * damage
where Probability( Absorbed ) is just your magic absorption

Expected damage = (( 1 - magic absorption ) * ( 1 - magic resist ) * ( 1 - elemental resist ) + ( magic absorption ) * 0) * damage
N.b. we can see, therefore, that it is better to stack a single source of resistance up till the cap than spread it evenly with the possible exception of absorption which will put you in the random hand of fate: Assuming equal chance of element types. However, this is not the case as fire and frost are much more common than shock. So it may be better to have single element fire and frost resistance, than a lower magnitude resist all.
How do you guys come up with those calculations? :unsure:

Not really sure what would cause that, a mod, or restart the game maybe?

Bookshelves still not working they are fixing the glitch in which a book can be placed and re-used so many times that you hit level 81 in minutes. :thumbsup: there is a few that work but then i am V1.1 so can't prove which does and doesn't.

under the [Controls] section of the ini file change this value
bMouseAcceleration=1
to
bMouseAcceleration=0
Also you might want to add 2 additional values here
fMouseHeadingXScale=0.01
fMouseHeadingYScale=0.01
Currently the X and Y axis of the mouse have different sensitivies so to get perfectly linear mouse movement in all directions you need to set both of these values to be the same.
You'll also have "input lag" if you have vsync enabled, the game forces it and you can disable that by editing the same ini file, under [Display] section change
iPresentInterval=1
to
iPresentInterval=0
This may cause physics glitches if your frame rate goes very high. If you want to fix that you can download an application called FPS limiter in order to limit the frame rate to 60fps.

Game crash? never had 1 yet but just a freeze hear and there. after a few little bug fixes V1.1 i have really no issues at all with the game. :whistling:
updating the game, steam, or the computer? i see so many people bs but updating keeps getting more why not just stay at v1.1?? :facepalm:
i mean if we have around 5 topics avg after an update with around 30posts each why download the patch then oh makes it worst of this and that?

Hate to say this but if on steam do the verify game cache. or re-install :wallbash: here is a SS of my game with all of you *.ini file settings. other than that. i have really no clue. sry for all the trouble its been causing :unsure:
note had to change res. H and W wouldn't work for me.
its doing just like how the CS works by only rendering one cell at a time type of thing.

Thats the full skyrimprefs.ini? if so make a back up, then delete them both.. start the game , save, quit and then restart. missing a bunch vs me and i had to do that to fix quest bugs.

i just do it in skyrimprefs.ini the others are like presets. i know :pinch:
currently testing what that guy has there, seeing if it helps my gameplay.

These are low settings high+ are much higher.
try comparing high.ini to your current skyrimprefs.ini see if one is super low. :ohdear:
maybe on of these or something else was set low and not wanting to load/render more terrain.
