lists possible bugs/fixes for most. :thumbsup: something to look at or may help other people find possible fixes. bit hard to know what to post without a small description on what the bug is. ability to not complete is a bit vague.

Nothing fixes the issue for the quest on that site then not sure, i say it has 100% of it.

You cannot talk or interact with the ghost of Svaknir. But he had led you to his final resting place. On the ground, his skeleton is grasping the Verse book you are after. Pick it up. The ghost will disappear. Your objective now is to return to the Bards college.

I believe its removeallitems , then additem ID something like that but it is ONLY Temp for like 3 days ingame then they have nothing on. :thumbsup:

Yep pretty much this, but dead not too sure they are tough unless you are like on master or something haven't tested them on that. :thumbsup:
also once they leave your current cell they might port there most of the time but not 100% positive of this.

You auto start the main quest until you reach the first town. from there you can choose to do it or just leave it there " at going to talk the jarl ". no dragons from what i seen putting 16 hours like that. :thumbsup:
